How it works

 

After deciding to give your parents the opportunity for this photo offering, I will request from you a class list and teacher emails for all of your first year students. (Year 0 & 1)

1 - I will provide your teachers with Permission Sip/Info Forms to hand out to each student

(with a cut off date for getting permission slips returned)

 2 - Permission slips are collated by class teacher into a provided envelope or emailed directly to

This Little Day by the parents.  

3 - After the cut off date, it is established which students WILL NOT be photographed on shoot day. Privacy is very important and our priority is ensuring that photos are only taken of those children WITH signed permission slips.

4 - On shoot day, I will arrive at the classroom to briefly introduce myself and hand out bright 'No Photos Please' lanyards for the students without signed permission slips to wear.  After this point I will be unobtrusively hovering in the background until I have completed shots of all students with permission slips.

5- In approximately one week, Purchasing Forms will be delivered to each teacher with small hardcopy sample photo(s) of each child attached to individual forms to be given out to the appropriate child to take home.

6- Parents can choose to purchase photos after viewing sample photos but there is no obligation to buy. Ordering and payments are processed through the website and the school is not involved with handling any transactions.
7 - Photos are packaged and delivered to the school on a set date ready for handing out or picking up by the parents. 

8. Schools will receive a five percent donation from each sale.
